draw of xrd

this is my express .

i have feeling so confuse, i have problem while doing or construct the xrd

right now, i am doing by myself for run the experiment.
setup the parameter .

and how to use excel with good appearance. but the most problem is background something like unwanted drawing ..i will give u picture

see that background..huhu..

i need try my best how to remove it.

it is not easy..

that is one of the graph is most i like it by try and error ..so ..i want to get like this picture, i need to  checking this one by one.
